Our K-8 school features a faculty that blends seasoned teachers (veterans of 29 years and up) and newly graduated and credentialed teachers. The quality of the education we provide is manifest in the way our graduates excel at whatever high school they attend, Cardinal Mooney, Ursuline, Struthers, Lowellville, Poland, or Boardman. Their subsequent success in life, both personally and professionally, is built from the strong foundation Saint Nicholas School provides.

In 2010-2011, our standard academically oriented program features an enhanced computer lab, a strengthened music program, and Spanish classes at all levels. Additionally, our school building houses the superb Applewood Academy Pre-School.

St. Nicholas School has full access to our large parish hall for physical education activities. The school partcipates in all major sports including football, basketball, track, soccer and this year volleyball.
