Registration
Families can register their children to be students at St. Nicholas Parish at any time in the course of the year. Registration for the following school year is usually begins in late January or early February. A non-refundable $100 fee is required at the time of registration. Saint Nicholas Parish applies that registration fee to the first month's tuition, the September payment.

Tuition
The cost of educating a child at St. Nicholas School for the 2010-2011 school year is expected to be $4950. The state of Ohio reimbursement per student is approximately $250, reducing the cost of tuition to $4700.

When possible, families are asked to pay tuition in full. Active Catholic parishioners who are unable to afford this amount, are asked to pay a minimum of $2000 per child. Families who qualify for reduced tuition are required to help the parish/school make up the difference through volunteering with various fund-raising activities and school programs. Because these costs are beyond the capability of many parishioners, a graduated minimum scale with scholarships from the parish is offered for their consideration and agreement. A similar opportunity is extended to non-parishioners who want their child educated at St. Nicholas but cannot afford the full tuition.

Families interested in educating their child with the help of St. Nicholas School are encouraged to explore this opportunity directly with the school office. If it is decided that St. Nicholas School is the best educational opportunity for their child and the cost of tuition is prohibitive, it encouraged to speak with the Fr. Bob Bonnot, pastor of the St. Nicholas parish to work out financial arrangements.
